Primary
Liability insurance coverage protects you from damage or
injury to other people and or their property. If you operate
under your own authority this insurance coverage is mandated
by the Federal Department of Transportation. We provide
insurance limits of $1,000,000 with optional excess limits
as requested by the motor carrier. Fleets of 10 units and
under can be quoted immediately. Larger fleets require additional
information.
Physical Damage:
Physical damage coverage provides coverage for
your own tractor and trailer. Coverage is provided for the
repair or replacement of your tractor/trailer as a result
of damage from a collision with another object, fire, theft
, hail windstorm, earthquake, flood, mischief or vandalism
to your owned vehicles. Pricing is based on the stated value
of your equipment and premiums are payable on a monthly
basis with no deposit required.
Non
-Trucking Liability:
Non-Trucking Liability (formerly know as Bobtail
Liability) is provided to independent contractors who are
permanently leased to a DOT, licensed Motor Carrier. It
provides a limited form of liability coverage which applies
when the contractor is not under the direction or control
of the Motor Carrier. Policy provisions dictate the exact
terms of coverage. Coverage is written on a monthly basis
with no deposit required.
Motor
Truck Cargo:
Motor Truck Cargo coverage protects you from the
legal liability resulting from damaged and or stolen property
for which you are legally responsible. Different limits
and deductible are available depending on your needs.
Deductible Buy Back Coverage:
This coverage is designed for a leased operator
and protects him from liability which he may incur as the
result of an accident. The coverage can be purchased to
protect the operator from liability imposed upon him as
the result of a signed contract with the motor carrier under
which he has agreed to be responsible for certain damages
to various properties and or individuals. Pricing varies
depending on the limits required.
Trailer Interchange:
Trailer Interchange Insurance is coverage for the
legal liability of truckers for loss or damage to non owned
trailers and equipment which are in the insured’s
possession under a written trailer interchange agreement.
Occupational Accident:
Occupational Accident insurance covers owner operators when
they are injured in the course of their work. Rates vary
depending on the coverage plan selected.
